As prescribed by the new Consumer Directive (Legislative Decree 21 February 2014 n. 21), we provide you with the following:

INFORMATION RELATING TO THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Instructions on the type of withdrawal pursuant to art. 49 paragraph 4

Right of withdrawal

Dear customer, we inform you that you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons within the 14 days established by law. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to notify Saponificio Varesino srl of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (e.g. registered letter or fax). To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments made in our favor, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of receipt of the goods or proof of its shipment. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, it will not incur any costs as a consequence of this refund. The refund can be suspended until the goods are received or until the consumer has demonstrated that he has sent the goods back, if previous. It is requested to send the goods back to Saponificio Varesino srl – Via per Cadrezzate 16 21020 Brebbia (VA)  without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 day period. The direct costs of the return will be borne by you. You are only responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of the property other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
